Thomas Clay has taken a non-traditional approach with its Syrah.  They have added “New World” style to this classic French grape. Following the style set by the Australians, we  blended a small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon with our Syrah, a mouth filling and provocative wine is made which has intense berry flavors and medium tannins.

Because of its unique nature, this wine is sure to impress both the beginning and experienced wine drinkers. Surprise your guests and yourself by pairing this wine with a hearty grilled burger topped with strongly flavored cheeses:  bleu cheese, ripe goat cheese or anything else you can think of!
